Terms of Service

ESPO Fret, part of ESPO Music by Accelerated Experiences LLC · Effective June 24, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Accelerated Experiences LLC (“we,” “us”) for your use of ESPO Fret (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What ESPO Fret is

ESPO Fret is an educational app that helps beginners learn to play guitar — lessons, chord references, a tuner, a play-along, and an in-app coach named Brian. It’s a learning aid, not a substitute for a qualified in-person instructor or any professional advice.

Brian and AI features

Brian’s answers and voice are generated by artificial intelligence. We work to keep them accurate and helpful, but AI can make mistakes. Use your own judgment, especially before buying gear or doing anything that could risk injury. Brian is for guitar coaching only and is not a source of medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription. If you are younger, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Plans. ESPO Fret offers a monthly plan at $5.99 per month and an annual plan at $39.99 per year (prices in U.S. dollars; any applicable taxes may be added).
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card details.
Price changes. We may change prices; we’ll give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don’t agree.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime. You can cancel whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Refunds. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
App stores. If you subscribe through an app store (such as Google Play), that store’s billing and refund process applies instead.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service for your own personal learning. Don’t resell or share access, attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, misuse Brian for purposes unrelated to learning guitar, or use the Service unlawfully.

Our content

The lessons, text, graphics, audio, and software in ESPO Fret are owned by Accelerated Experiences LLC or its licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own learning. You keep ownership of anything you type or record.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will make you a great guitarist — though we’ll do our best to help.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accelerated Experiences LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
