A few quick things to check:
1. On iPhone, flip the side ringer switch so it's NOT on silent — silent mode mutes app sound, even with the volume up.
2. Make sure Brian's speaker icon (top of his chat) is on, not muted.
3. Turn your volume up, and if it still won't play, refresh the page and send him another message.
On devices that support it, tap the microphone and just talk — your words fill in and send. On other devices, type your question. Either way, Brian can answer out loud.
